Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Flexipixel ("Flexipixel", "we", "us", "our") processes personal data collected through the website at flexipixel.site (the "Site"). It is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and applicable Dutch privacy law.

This policy applies only to the Site. Our products Huisly, Voseno, and Zepilo are separate services with their own privacy documentation.

1. Data controller

The data controller responsible for the Site is Flexipixel, based in the Netherlands. For privacy-related questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. What personal data we collect and why

The Site is an informational website. We do not use analytics scripts, tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting technologies. We do not collect data through forms.

The only personal data we receive is what you voluntarily send us by email:

  • Email address and any other information you include in your message.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).
  • Purpose: To read, respond to, and where applicable act on your inquiry.

3. Hosting and server logs

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the Site, Cloudflare's infrastructure may process your IP address and standard HTTP request metadata (browser type, referring URL, date and time). This processing occurs on Cloudflare's infrastructure and is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not separately store or process server log data.

4. Cookies

This Site does not set any cookies. Cloudflare may set security-related cookies (such as __cf_bm) for bot management purposes. These are strictly necessary for the security and operation of the network and do not require consent under ePrivacy rules.

5. Data retention

Email correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up questions. We do not retain email indefinitely. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent.

6. Recipients of personal data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be accessible to:

  • Our email service provider, for delivery and storage of correspondence.
  • Cloudflare, as described in section 3.
  • Public authorities, if required by applicable law.

7. International transfers

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision).

8. Your rights under GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Article 15): request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification (Article 16): ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure (Article 17): request deletion of your data where there is no overriding legitimate reason to keep it.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Article 18): ask us to limit how we use your data.
  • Right to object (Article 21): object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to data portability (Article 20): receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request to [email protected]. We will respond within one month as required by Article 12 GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

9. Children

This Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
