These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at flexipixel.site (the "Site"), operated by Flexipixel ("Flexipixel", "we", "us", "our"), based in the Netherlands.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to this Site only. Our products Huisly, Voseno, and Zepilo are governed by their own separate terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes only. You may access and read the content for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Dutch or EU law.
  • Transmit or facilitate the transmission of unsolicited commercial messages ("spam") via contact channels on the Site.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and source code, is owned by or licensed to Flexipixel and is protected under applicable intellectual property law, including the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet).

The names Flexipixel, Huisly, Voseno, and Zepilo, together with their associated logos and brand assets, are the exclusive property of Flexipixel. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by Flexipixel beyond the limited right to view the Site for personal use.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on the Site may not always be current, complete, or accurate.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Flexipixel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

5. External links

The Site contains links to external websites, including our products (huisly.nl, voseno.com, zepilo.com) and third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external websites. Linking to an external site does not imply our endorsement of it.

6. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update the content of the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
